Restorative Rising is here for you…
Seeking therapy can be a daunting and intense time in one’s life and relationship. You are not alone. We are here to help guide you through the process. There is so much hope for change.
Our Mission
At Restorative Rising Therapy aims to provide a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, where you feel like you can be yourself and truly get the support you need. We specialize in treatment of complex trauma (trauma caused in childhood that impacts your current functioning), anxiety, PTSD, and couples issues. These issues commonly present as feeling out of control or overwhelmed, people pleasing, substance use or self harm, difficulties in relationships, in addition to many other symptoms of distress. Restorative Rising Therapy prioritizes getting to know your unique situation, explore and understand the presenting problem, identify its roots and the impact it is having on your life, and then collaboratively find ways to take action against the problem. Restorative Rising Therapy takes a holistic approach to healing by acknowledging the impact of emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health.
